A: Enough blowers are used to maintain cabin pressure.
Q: How do you clean the inflatable castle house?
A: Soap and water is all we recommend you use. Please do not use chemicals to clean.
Q: Does it have other options?
A: We have various items for your choice. Actually, all inflatable slide also can be customized as
your own idea or designs if you have your particular requirements and need.
Q: What material is used to make the clear inflatable slide? Are they safety compliant?

Our products are made of durable vinyl or tarpaulin. They are with
feature of waterproof, puncture-proof, fire-resistant. All have passed
necessary tests
including Lead and Phthalates concentration limits.
Q: Can I add logo’s?
A: Yes, we can add your logo, Banner, website , phone number, company's name on your
inflatable slides.
Q: How to packing?
A: High quality gray box for air blower and strong PVC bag for inflatable slides. Or as your special request.
Q: How to pay?
A: T/T, Western Union, Paypal or Trade Assurance are acceptable.
Q: How to ship?
A: By sea, by air or by express. For commercial item, one piece is available by sea. But for
residential items, if your orders are less than five pieces, only accept shipping by air and express.
Q: Do you accept OEM logo packaging?
A: Yes, we do OEM&ODM services.
Q: Do you offer sample? It’s free?
A: Yes, but it is not free. We will refund the different price according to you order.
Q: Your blowers and pumps meet CE/UL requirements ?
A: All of our blowers and pumps come with the certificate of CE/ UL.
Q: What standards/certificates do you pass?A: All of our Inflatable products have passed EN71, EN14960,ASTM F963, HR4040, Brazil, AU
standard.
Q: What is your order procedure?
A: 1: When you choose your favorite inflatable items and confirm your order, we will send you the
PI for your confirmation.
2: Please arrange the deposit. Once we received the deposit, we will arrange the production.
3: Once the production is finished, we will blow up the products for quality control and email you
photos for confirmation and check if any modification is required. It also welcome if you can come
to our factory and check your goods.
4: When everything is confirmed, please arrange the balance to us and once we receive the
balance, the shipment will be arranged for you.
